Master Printing + Mailing - Digital Internship

About The Experience

Project Background

During this experience, I worked alongside one other digital intern and reported directly to the owner. We had the opportunity to act as the company's digital marketing department for the full three months of the internship.


Over the course of the internship I created a social media strategy centered around heavily branded content, with the goal of increasing profile reach, followers, and page visitors.

Account Reach Results

By creating a balanced usage of standalone, carousel, and Reels content, We were able to achieve significant spikes across each platform.


From the Start of the Internship:

  • Instagram reach increased by over 750% compared to the previous year
  • Facebook reach increased by just under 150% compared to the previous year.

Account Visits Results

Visits also saw a few spikes as captions were crafted to encourage a flow from each post to a link in the profile bio.

From the Start of the Internship:

  • Facebook Visits increased by 53%(217) compared to the two months prior
  • Instagram Visits increased by 1.1k%(78) compared to the two months prior.
